HOW TO MEASURE UP

To make sure that your garment is the right size when taking measurements, you should be able to fit a finger between your body and the measuring tape.

 

  1. Height: First determine your height
  2. Chest measurement: Pass the measuring tape around your upper body, level with the fullest part of your chest.
  3. Waist measurement: In a relaxed posture, pass the measuring tape around the narrowest part of your waist.
  4. Hip measurement: Position the measuring tape at the widest point between your bottom and hips (level with your pelvic bone).
